Dr. David Wallace

Dr. Wallace completed his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis. He served as the Chief of Internal Medicine at Scott Air Force Base before completing his Fellowship in Cardiology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He subsequently served as Chief of Cardiology at Scott Air Force Base.
Dr. Wallace is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Chest Physicians.
